By paying an invoice or using our services, you confirm acceptance of these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

We provide starter-level services including:

  • Website development
  • Web hosting (resold via third-party providers)
  • Email setup and configuration

Services are intended for individuals and small businesses only. No enterprise-grade guarantees are offered.

2. Website Development & Delivery

2.1 Delivery Timeline

Standard Basic and Standard websites are delivered within up to 14 business days from the date all required content and access details are received.

2.2 Content Submission Requirements

Clients must provide all required content within 7 business days of project start. Required content includes:
  • Written text
  • Images and logos
  • Branding guidelines (if applicable)
  • Access credentials where required

Failure to provide content pauses the delivery timeline.

2.3 Revisions

Each website includes up to 3 revision rounds. Revisions are limited to text edits, layout adjustments, and minor design changes. Additional revisions or major changes are billed separately.

2.4 Scope Control

The following are considered out of scope unless agreed in writing:
  • Additional pages
  • New features or functionality
  • Integrations or plugins
  • Design changes beyond agreed layout

Out-of-scope work may incur additional fees and timeline extensions.

2.5 Content Ownership

All client-supplied content remains the client's property. Content created by us becomes the client's property upon full payment. Clients confirm they have rights to all provided content.

2.6 No Guaranteed Deadlines

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for business losses caused by delays.

3. Hosting Services

Hosting services are resold via third-party providers and operate on a shared-resource basis.

  • Uptime and performance are not guaranteed
  • Resources are subject to fair usage policies
  • Hosting may be suspended for abuse or non-payment

We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by upstream providers.

4. Backups & Data Responsibility

  • Backups are provided on a best-effort basis
  • Backup availability depends on the hosting provider
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups
  • We are not liable for data loss under any circumstances

5. Email Services

  • Email hosting is included via cPanel where applicable
  • Email setup and device configuration are billed separately
  • Spam filtering and delivery are not guaranteed
  • Clients are responsible for mailbox usage and storage

6. Domains

  • Domains are registered in the client's name
  • Domains remain the client's property
  • Domain renewals are billed annually
  • Failure to renew may result in domain suspension or loss

7. SSL & Third-Party Services

  • SSL availability depends on the hosting provider
  • Paid SSL certificates are billed separately
  • Third-party services and integrations are outside our control

8. Security & Acceptable Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for:

  • Malware infections
  • Illegal content or activities
  • Excessive resource usage
  • Abuse of hosting infrastructure

Clients are responsible for securing their applications and credentials.

9. Payments & Billing

  • Website development fees are once-off
  • Hosting is billed monthly or yearly in advance
  • A 5 business day grace period applies
  • Late payment may result in suspension
  • Reinstatement fees may apply
  • No refunds once work has commenced

10. Support

  • Support is provided during business hours only
  • Response times are not guaranteed
  • Emergency support is not included

11. Client Capacity

Client numbers are limited to maintain service quality. We reserve the right to decline new clients without obligation.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of income or profits
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss or security breaches
  • Actions or failures of third-party providers

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for:

  • Non-payment
  • Breach of these terms
  • Abuse or illegal use

Clients may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding balances remain payable.

14. Acceptance

By paying an invoice or using our services, clients confirm acceptance of these Terms of Service.
